General information about the online shop
The products in the online shop are sold by EESTI GOLFIKESKUS AS, VAT: EE100446344. We sell products to individuals of legal age in Finland and the EU. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering from
As a rule, products are ordered via the Internet at www.kauppa.golfpiste.com/ niitvaljagolf via the shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, any delivery charges and the products ordered. In order to receive an order confirmation, an e-mail address must be provided when placing the order.
The customer agrees to be bound by the delivery terms and conditions in force for each order.

We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, where you can see:
– the order number
– the total amount of the invoice
Payment methods
The products and any postage costs are payable at the time of ordering. Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Local cooperative banks, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and payment cards. Payment is made through the Paytrail Plc website.
Payment service provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Online banking
The online banking payment intermediary service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user’s point of view, the service works just like traditional online payments.
Delivery method and delivery charges
As a rule, products are redeemed at the Niitvälja Golf caddiemaster.
If the product is delivered to the customer, the delivery costs include postage and packaging. You can view the delivery costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in your shopping cart. Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return has been received and processed.
Problems with transport and defective products
If a product is lost in transit, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer should immediately report the error to info@niitvaljagolf.ee or by post:

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package has been damaged in the post, the product must be reported to the post office immediately.

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must check the current delivery terms before placing an order.
